Recently, the Pottawattamie Development Corporation (PCDC) merged with Bluffs Downtown (Main Street Council Bluffs) and Live Well Council Bluffs to establish an organization that would have greater impact on revitalization efforts undertaken in the City of Council Bluffs, IA . The Position

We are in search of Technical Analysts of all levels of experience.  The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.  This role requires great attention to detail, the initiative to manage several concurrent projects, and the ability to learn new and evolving formats and interfacing standards.  A passion for all things data related is a must to thrive in this role.  The Technical Implementation Analyst works with the customer organization, third-party healthcare application vendors, and internal resources to establish connectivity, analyze for format and content, and determine the appropriate interface configuration required to populate data to the Wellcentive application. Research Consultant II/BRFSS Coordinator

Utah Department of Health is seeking a Research Consultant/BRFSS Coordinator. The purpose of the position is to act as a survey research studies coordinator for the Utah Department of Health (UDOH) Survey Center.  The UDOH has conducted the Utah Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) in-house for almost 30 years.  In that time the Survey Center has grown in order to complete increasing numbers of BRFSS surveys and to conduct the surveys on cell phones.  At the same time, the Survey Center has taken  on additional survey research projects for other programs in UDOH.  The incumbent will act Utah BRFSS Coordinator and be required to participate in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in all aspects of the BRFSS survey including grant application, budget, data collection, data analysis and data reporting.  The incumbent will be responsible for developing other survey projects for UDOH programs.  The incumbent will also need to be able to analyze and effectively communicate the results of research data in a variety of formats, including on the Indicator-Based Information System for Public Health (IBIS-PH) website. Manager of Policy & Research, Health Equity

Research Assistant

HDR (a federal contractor) is seeking a research assistant in their Omaha office. The primary duties of the Research Assistant encompass assistance with research studies that document the results of HDR’s work. Specific duties include contact and coordination with project teams and clients, conducting literature searches and reviews, contributing to research plans and protocols, arranging and contributing to data collection and documentation, contributing to data analyses and summaries, and writing reports.
