Labor and Industries Region 10 (Agriculture) DOSH Compliance is looking to hire two Bilingual (Spanish) Safety and Health Specialist 3s and two Industrial Hygienist 3s.  This is a unique opportunity to help form a team of Safety Professionals and make an impact on safety and health in the agriculture industry. The assigned duty stations for these positions are East Wenatchee, or Union Gap. As this is a statewide unit, travel is required. The positions are posted for East Wenatchee and Union Gap, however you can discuss your work location with the hiring supervisor, as there may be some flexibility.

Minority Health & Health Equity Program Coordinator and Data & Surveillance Specialist

Public Health Solutions (local health department) in Crete, NE is seeking to fill two positions:

Program Coordinator

This position assists with the development, implementation, and assessment of public health programs and activities. Primarily works with Minority Health and Health Equity programs. Expectation is that duties can be performed for any program and can change as organization priorities and funding change. Bilingual required.

Data & Surveillance Specialist

The Data & Surveillance Specialist supports many departmental programs with data and information gathering. This position will collect, analyze, and disseminate data from various sources to help  determine priority needs.

Community Benefit Manager

Children’s Hospital and Medical Center is searching for a Community Benefit Manager to manage and oversee Community Benefit tracking, reporting, and planning activities in coordination with leadership at the Center for the Child & Community and Finance Department.  Collaborates with departments throughout the organization to ensure the identification, tracking, reporting and documentation of Community Benefit activities. Support planning and implementation of community health programs and ensure compliance and accountability with all Community Benefit activities as it relates to the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) goals, Implementation Strategy Plan (ISP) and other identified expectations.

Research Coordinator

The American Indian Cancer Foundation (AICAF) is committed to reducing cancer burdens of Indigenous
people through improved access to prevention, early detection, treatment, and survivor support. The
RESEARCH COORDINATOR is responsible for coordinating one or more community-based research
projects and coordination with other research staff in achieving program goals with adherence to work
plans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Indigenous communities, extensive
community-based public health research experience, and the skillset to assist in all aspects of obtaining
funding and publishing research findings. In addition to research responsibilities, this position will also
support various evaluation components through an Indigenous lens. This is a great opportunity to lead
community-driven research in partnership with the trusted community and academic partners.

Health Literacy Communications Associate

The Nebraska Association of Local Health Directors (NALHD) is hiring four Health Literacy Communications Associates. The Health Literacy Communication Associates will be responsible for developing and implementing culturally and linguistically appropriate communication plans and assets targeting communities that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are especially interested in bi-lingual candidates, with strong speaking and writing skills.
