The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Chronic Disease Epidemiologist for the Nebraska Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Program. This position works as part of a collaborative team and provides facilitative leadership in the design and implementation of the chronic disease performance measures monitoring system and epidemiology activities to track progress and outcomes for the program.
