HDR (a federal contractor) is seeking a research assistant in their Omaha office. The primary duties of the Research Assistant encompass assistance with research studies that document the results of HDR’s work. Specific duties include contact and coordination with project teams and clients, conducting literature searches and reviews, contributing to research plans and protocols, arranging and contributing to data collection and documentation, contributing to data analyses and summaries, and writing reports. Candidate must have the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams to plan and coordinate research, and the ability to facilitate IRB reviews and approvals as necessary/appropriate per research study. The candidate should be able and willing to learn quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, and must also be capable of doing both individual/focused and collaborative work in a dynamic team environment.
