Tobacco Study Student Worker

Dr. Dai is looking for a student to assist with tobacco studies. Students from any department of COPH can apply for this position. The student worker will get involved in multiple aspects of study planning and data collection. The work can be done remotely.

Student position w/CRHD

Individual must be able to work in Omaha at least some of the time. Federal Work Study student is preferred, but there is a possibility of this being an hourly position.

Human Trafficking Training Coordinator

CHI Health is seeking a part time (.25 FTE, 10hrs/wk) coordinator for a 3yr grant funded program. This would be fantastic part time work for a student.

Job Summary / Purpose

The Human Trafficking (HT) Training Coordinator is part of an interdisciplinary team implementing a three- year, grant-funded training initiative to educate CHI Health staff on the signs that a patient may be a victim of human trafficking and how to respond appropriately. The HT Training Coordinator will liaise with members of the Forensic Nurse Examiner Program (FNEP), Healthy Communities team, security, emergency department clinical staff, and others, to schedule staff trainings, collect training evaluation data, provide monthly training completion reports, present updates at human trafficking task force meetings, submit documentation for continuing education units and other tasks, as assigned
