The United Way of the Midlands is seeking a Director of Research and Evaluation to be responsible for assuring the integrity of data usage, methodology employed, and measurement instruments researched or developed by the analytics department. She/he contributes statistical and research methods acumen for the purpose of determining opportunities, progress, and the impact of programming, interventions, and change initiatives.
