Family Medicine resident Dr. Ali Bauer recently completed an Ironman Triathlon in Madison, Wisconsin. The race includes a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bicycle ride, and a 26.22 mile run.
In her first Ironman, Dr. Bauer placed 9th out of 55 in the females 25-29 age group, 53rd out of 461 of all females, and 376th out of 1823 overall. She completed the race in 11:54:17.
