UNMC will host a course to discuss religion and patient care on Thursday, January 21, titled “Caring for Patients with Soul-Islam”.
The discussion will review “cultural considerations which may impact health care for Muslim patients”.
Family Medicine resident house officer II, Jamil Neme, MD will sit on the panel of speakers.
The event is from 10:30 am to 12:20 pm in Eppley Science Hall, room 3010.
