Bronner, Geske to Present at Nebraska Healthcare Quality Forum

The 13th Annual Nebraska Healthcare Quality Forum will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center – La Vista. The Quality Forum will focus on “improving care within our communities and within/across care settings.”

The Department of Family Medicine will be represented by Liliana Bronner, MHSA, MBA, and Jenenne Geske, PhD, who are set to present “Examining Disparities for Women of Color in Nebraska”. The presentation will compare current data to data collected between 2007 and 2009 and examine trends in selected social and health indicators which provide a comprehensive understanding of the underlying disparities among Nebraska women.

Bronner and Geske will present along with Josie Rodriguez, MS, from the Nebraska Office of Health Disparities and Health Equity.
