NEHII, the Nebraska Health Information Initiative is seeking a Sr Performance Measure Specialist.

Position Summary:

The Senior Performance Measure Specialist is responsible for overseeing development of performance measures at NEHII. The position includes exploratory analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and coordination of measure testing, including the assessment, validation, and data management of measures. This role will ensure evidence-based, innovative quality and population-focused analysis and reporting on quality, risk, utilization, cost, and clinical measures through the use of, but not limited to, regulatory specifications, benchmarking, trending, opportunity analysis and predictive modeling. The position will work in a team environment to design, develop, and execute the transformation of data into an informed performance measurement plan.
