Qualifications / Requirements
| REQUIREMENTS: Experience working with health systems or clinics serving disparate populations, Evidence based strategies to increase cancer, and preventive screening rates within clinic populations, Medical background and or experience, (RN, APRN, PA or other related experience working within clinic systems) Experience and understanding of working with Electronic Medical Records to monitor screening rates or quality assurance. Experience in supervising staff, and bringing partners together. |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Looking for an individual who is energetic and innovative, Able to work with a variety of partners including clinic staff to engage and partner around evidence based clinic strategies for health systems change. Experience in grant writing and performance measures, monitoring and evaluation. Experienced in public health and or population health principles, Supervisory experience.
