Bio Nebraska is an association of major life science companies whose mission is to be the champion of biotechnology and an advocate for its member organizations promoting academic, industry, and government partnerships to foster the growth of life sciences within Nebraska. UNMC Graduate Studies is entering a partnership with Bio Nebraska to expose graduate students to opportunities among its member companies for those whose primary interest may not be academia. As the relationship evolves, there will be speakers, facility tours, and other communication with members of the association to create opportunities for UNMC students. Currently, the Graduate Studies website includes a careers tab that lists employment opportunities for Bio Nebraska companies. Look for “Bio Nebraska” under “Career Links.” Be on the lookout for additional information and opportunities with Bio Nebraska in the future!
