If you encounter this problem, go to http://net.unmc.edu/netid and change your password. Be sure to check the box next to “Do not change Active Directory password”. The Interlibrary Loan service will have downtime November 3 from approximately 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. in order for testing to occur on a new feature. During this time, you may not be able to access your account to order or view PDFs.
The Interlibrary Loan order articles and books web pages will be unavailable on Friday, August 4 from approximately 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. During this time you will not be able to order or access articles through the system. If you have an urgent patient request during this time, please call 402-559-7085.
Due to a nationwide outage of Amazon Web Services, many of the library’s support websites are inaccessible. These sites include Research Guides and study room reservations. Though unknown, some publishers may host on AWS and may be unavailable. It is unknown how long this outage will last.
