On Saturday, August 18 the vendor ProQuest will be performing some maintenance on their platforms. This downtime will affect some of the library’s resources:
- ProQuest ebooks will be unavailable from approximately 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
- RefWorks will be unavailable from approximately 9:00 pm to 5:00 am
We are currently experiencing issues with our access to Scopus. We hope to have access restored soon.
Update: Scopus access has been restored. If you cannot access it, clear your browser cookies and cache.
RefWorks will be down for infrastructure maintenance and upgrades from 9:00 PM on Saturday, January, 27th through 5:00 AM on Sunday, January, 28th.
Some users have reported getting an “invalid username or password” message when trying to access library resources from off-campus. If you encounter this problem, go to http://net.unmc.edu/netid and change your password. Be sure to check the box next to “Do not change Active Directory password”. The Interlibrary Loan service will have downtime November 3 from approximately 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. in order for testing to occur on a new feature. During this time, you may not be able to access your account to order or view PDFs.
