On March 28, 2016, students, staff and faculty of UNMC and Nebraska Medicine can reserve study rooms just by using their official email address and a smartphone or computer. Simply go to our reservation system (to be added to the library’s home page) or scan the QR Code posted next to each room’s door, and reserve the study room for one to four hours on whatever day you choose. Size and room features are highlighted in the system to help you choose a room. Once this system is live, there will no longer be the need to check out study room keys. Simply go to the room for the duration of your reservation.
During the week of March 21st there will be renovation on the rooms as the library gets ready for the new system. We regret any inconvenience.
