Recent PA graduate publishes in JAAPA

Bridget Reilly, PA-C, a 2014 graduate from the PA Program has published her first article in the peer-reviewed Journal of the American Academy of Physician Assistants July 2015 issue. Her co-author and mentor was Tami Ritsema, PA-C, a PA Program faculty member at the time. The article, “Managing nonteratogenic adverse reactions to isotretinoin treatment for acne vulgaris,” was originally submitted as a paper for Ms. Reilly’s research course.

“Bridget was an outstanding student,” said Michael Huckabee, PhD, professor and division director, “and we congratulate her on this success in contributing to the growth of her professional peers with this publication.”

Bridget is now in clinical practice at Maple Grove, Minnesota, in family medicine, dermatology, and pediatrics.

Congratulations to Bridget and Tami!
