This week we share leadership insight from Ernest Sigler, DDS ’75. He has been on many teams in his life; from high school football, to the Husker football team, the military, and the UNMC College of Dentistry and he shares the traits that he believes great leaders exhibit. When it comes to teamwork and working together he said, “I have been blessed to be a part of something bigger than myself.”
