Maintaining contact with your previous supervisors, co-workers and teams is a great way to keep your professional network strong even after you leave a position. Dr. Valeria Stokes, Vice President of Human Resources at Erie Family Heath Centers in Chicago, Ill., shares her experience with networking and how it has impacted her career.
