There are many ways you can get (or stay!) involved with UNMC as an alumnus. See a few of them here. In this week’s blog post, we hear from Mike Wharton, MSOM, BSN, RN, ’93 as he shares how he stays connected from Scottsbluff to the UNMC campus in Omaha. Mike currently serves on the College of Nursing Alumni Council (will assume the presidency on July 1, 2019) and he is the nursing representative on the UNMC Alumni Association Board of Directors.
