A Musical Time-Out

This week we have two musical performances to share with you. We hope you will take just a few minutes of a time-out from your daily grind to immerse yourself in the music. Sit down in a quiet place, be still and just be. Listen to each note and reflect upon how it makes you feel. Take delight in this opportunity to connect with the musicians who are sharing their musical talents with you. We hope these tunes offer you a few moments of meditative bliss that will give your senses the charge they need to then continue on with your day. Thank you for joining us.

Second year UNMC medical students Natasha Hongsermeier-Graves and Christina Klem perform a flute and oboe duet to add a little pep in your step.
Sarah Holstein, M.D., Ph.D. is a hematologist oncologist at the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center in Omaha and she shares her musical prowess with us in this beautiful flute performance.
