Shaun Grammer, DMSc, PA-C, recently completed his Doctor of Medical Sciences degree from University of Lynchburg, Virginia. Dr. Grammer’s area of specialization focused specifically on Physician Assistant (PA) education, educational assessment, and leadership, which compliments his roles as PA Program Director and Department Chair of the Department of Medical Sciences.
Dean Kyle Meyer, PhD, said, “I am very pleased for Dr. Grammer, and offer my congratulations on behalf of the CAHP. This is an important milestone for Dr. Grammer, as the PA division pursues the development of its own DMSc program. He joins Dr. Shaun Horak as the second member of the PA faculty to obtain this important post-professional degree.”
