Satera Nelson, MS, recently joined our faculty in Kearney as an anatomy instructor. Here is more about Satera in her own words:
“I graduated from UNL with degrees in Nutrition Science and Ethnic Studies. While at UNL, I had the opportunity to be a teaching assistant in the Human Anatomy Lab for 2.5 years. I learned a lot about the human body and about adapting my teaching style to students who learn differently. It was a fun and challenging experience. I then went on to get my master’s degree in Medical Anatomy at UNMC. I’m excited to be a part of the CAHP!
In my free time, I enjoy playing with my little cousins, reading, and traveling.”
Glad to have you in the CAHP, Satera!
