Thank you, Alisha, for your service in the interim. Here’s more about Ashley in her own words:

“I am a Nebraska native and true farm girl at heart. I graduated from Emerson-Hubbard in 2002, followed by completion of an AAS in Radiologic Technology from St. Luke’s College in Sioux City, Iowa, in 2006, and completion of BS in Radiologic Technology from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa the same year. After graduation, I journeyed East to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics where I served several different roles as Imaging Technologist, Senior Imaging Technologist, Mammographer, and Imaging Educator, before branching out to serve as Program Director of Mercy/St. Luke’s School of Radiologic Technology in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for the past five years. My passion is engaging the development of world-class healthcare professionals through innovative, learner-centered educational opportunities teaching empathy, compassion, and humility.

In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, two sons, and two dogs. I enjoy going on walks every evening, hiking, boating, and soaking in the sunshine. I am an avid reader and love to watch movies with my children. I am very excited to join your team and be of service to our students, our communities, and our state.
