Instructor Lea Lambing, BS, RT(R), RDMS, recently joined our Diagnostic Medical Sonography faculty in Kearney. Here’s more about Lea in her own words:
“I’m originally from Wood River, Nebraska. I attended Doane College, in Crete, and pursued a BA in English with the intent to enter higher education. Halfway through my undergraduate career, I was inspired to enter the medical field. I attended UNMC for both my Radiography degree and my Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and truly enjoyed my educational experience. I am excited to be back and to combine my interests in both education and medical imaging.
My interests/hobbies include: exploring the world through the eyes of my toddler, reading, playing cards, fishing and waterskiing, traveling, and cheering on the Jayhawks.”
