Amanda Stastny, MLS(ASCP)CM, MBCM, recently joined our Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) faculty. She graduated from our MLS program in 2014 and since then has been working in medical microbiology at Nebraska Medicine.
“I have strong interests in technology, microscopy, and active learning, so I’m excited to begin working on the microscopy imaging project for the MLS department!” she said. “My significant other, Dan, and I live with two of our college roommates close to campus. I have three cats and three dogs, the oldest being a therapy dog. I enjoy spending my time reading and wrangling the circus of animals.”
Welcome, Amanda!
