Kyle Meyer, PhD, dean of the College of Allied Health Professions, presents at the CACUBO conference.

CAHP dean, Kyle Meyer, PhD, and assistant dean for finance and administration, Pat O’Neil, presented at the Central Association of College and University Business Officers (CACUBO) conference last week in Columbus, Ohio.

Their presentation, “A Model for Reconciling Competing Demands between Shared and Administrative Governance,” discussed the creation and implementation of our collaborative governance committee structure – intended to engage more faculty and staff in strategic decision making within the college. Victoria Kennel, PhD, assistant professor in the division of research development, did not present but contributed significantly to the presentation content.
