“A theory-driven longitudinal evaluation of the impact of team training on safety culture in 24 hospitals,” was published online in February and will be published in a special issue on team training and simulation.* The paper evaluates the work that Katherine Jones and her co-authors have done to implement team training in Nebraska’s Critical Access Hospitals and evaluate the impact of teamwork of employee perceptions of hospital safety culture. To date they have trained 52 of Nebraska’s 65 Critical Access Hospitals.
