Congratulations to Cindy Skarda, the first person in the SAHP to receive a Vital Pin! It works like this:
1- A co-worker does something helpful or extraordinary.
2- You recognize their helpfulness or extraordinariness.
3- You go online to the Employee Services site and click on Campus Resources/Vital Thank U, and fill out the form to send them a Thank-U-gram.
4- They receive a nice card with a medallion attached, which they can redeem for cool prizes.
5- When they earn six Thank ‘U’ awards for a particular brand value, they receive a Vital Pin!
