Marcela Williams, BHM, recently joined our Division of Physical Therapy Education staff as business manager.
Here’s more about Marcela in her own words:
I am originally from Omaha, but grew up in Glenwood, Iowa. I have a blended family with seven kids, five of whom are in sports pretty much all year round, so we stay very busy! In my spare time, I enjoy playing coed softball and sand volleyball, reading suspense novels, and boating during the summer. I have worked for UNMC for 11 years and am transferring from the College of Dentistry. Having been in dentistry for the last 17 years, I am excited to learn about a different aspect of medicine and continue to expand my skills in healthcare. I am very grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the CAHP!
