World Champs in the family! That’s something one staff and one faculty member in Clinical Laboratory Science have in common.
Tammy O’Donnell’s daughter, Rachel O’Donnell, and Ricki Otten’s niece, Amy Burger, were on a team that represented the United States at the World Federation of National Baton Twirling Associations held in Italy. Their team competed against nine countries and won the gold – first place. They competed in the pom pom division.
Rachel is a student at UNL and Amy is a nurse at UNMC. Our congratulations to them both!
