Richard Harmon, JD, LLM, MLS(ASCP)CM, is an alum and new staff member in the Medical Laboratory Science program. Here’s more about Dr. Harmon in his own words:
I am a fourth-generation Kansan but am excited to be a Nebraskan!
I earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Washburn University, and a post-graduate degree from the University of Missouri—Kansas City.
A mid-life career change brought me to the University of Nebraska Medical Center as a member of the Medical Laboratory Science program Class of 2017. After serving in the clinical laboratories at hospitals in Olathe, Kansas, and Manhattan, Kansas, I am thrilled to return to UNMC as the MLS Program Education Coordinator in the Medical Laboratory Science program within the College of Allied Health Professions!
