Monica Sullivan, MPAS, PA-C, recently joined our physician assistant program as an assistant professor. Here’s more about Monica in her own words:
I’m a 2011 graduate of UNMC’s Physician Assistant Program. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working in pediatrics, family medicine, and orthopedic spine surgery. During my time in clinical practice, I frequently precepted students in medical programs.
I grew up in Lincoln, where I received my undergraduate degree at Nebraska Wesleyan University. I’ve lived in Omaha for the past six years. My husband and I have two children, Conor who is two and Emily who is six months. I enjoy all things outdoors and spending time with my family and golden retriever, Shep.
