Dorrs run for cancer awareness

On Sunday, August 14, 2016, physician assistant clinical education associate, Melissa Dorr, and her son, Anthony, participated in the “Boxer 500” with the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center Team. Anthony completed the Kids Dash and Melissa completed the 5K.

The event is a fundraiser for the Great Plains Colon Cancer Task Force, to raise awareness for colorectal cancer. Participants are encouraged to draw attention to colorectal cancer by participating in their boxer shorts.

Kudos, Melissa and family!
