Norman, Siu, and Sleddens recruit in China

Physical therapy program director and professor, Joseph Norman, PT, PhD, CCS, FAACVPR,  associate professor, Ka-Chun (Joseph) Siu, PhD, and director of clinical education and assistant professor, Nikki Sleddens, PT, MPT, CEEAA, just returned from another successful trip to China. They visited six universities and three rehabilitation institutes in 12 days.

The universities visited were Peking University (1st in China), Capital Medical University, Shandong University, Nanjing Medical University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Tongji University.

The rehabilitation institutes were China Rehabilitation and Research Center, Qilu Rehabilitation Hospital, and Sunshine Rehabilitation Center.

“Joe, Nikki, and I gave five student recruitment talks to around 250 students on this trip,” said Dr. Siu. “We aim to recruit and enroll six qualified students from China to our MS-DPT program in Fall 2017.”
