In February, Associate Dean Kyle Meyer appointed eight staff members to the SAHP Staff Leadership Council as part of our strategic plan in order to improve efficiency and communication in the school. They meet bi-monthly to discuss administrative issues, disseminate information to others in their departments, and plan upcoming events.
Standing (l-r): Michelle Simon, Distance Education; Tamara Cardin, Clinical Laboratory Science Education; Sue Miyeno, Associate Dean’s Office; Virgie Powers, Radiation Science Technology Education; Cindy Skarda, Clinical Perfusion Education. Seated (l-r): Sue Eulberg, Physician Assistant Education; Sue Prusia, Associate Dean’s Office; Rita Parks-Agnew, Physical Therapy Education.
This group recently started an allied health walking club comprised of anyone who’d like to spend their morning 15-minute break traversing the campus. (See previous blogs.) They are also responsible for today’s potluck, and for that I say THANKS!
