Join Erin Torell, rare books librarian, at McGoogan Library, on Thursday, March 21 from noon–1 p.m. CDT to learn how humans describe and understand disease through scientific writings, medical illustration, early graphic medicine, poetry, microscopic slides, and treatments. This session is open to all UNMC, clinical partners (Nebraska Medicine and Children’s Nebraska) and public audiences. Individuals interested in attending must register online via Zoom.
