Tammy L. Webster, PhD, associate dean for Academic Affairs and professor in the College of Allied Health Professions was selected as the 2024 Honors Lecturer by the Association of Educators in Imaging and Radiologic Sciences. Her lecture was titled, “What I Didn’t See Coming: Personal and Professional Lessons Learned.” Dr. Webster shared her personal journey and provided valuable career advancement advice. Her passion for education was both evident and inspiring.
Nominated by peers and selected by the AEIRS Board of Directors, the Honors Lecturer is recognized for outstanding professional accomplishments, leadership in radiologic science education, and commitment to the association.
Dr. Webster is active in AEIRS and currently serves as the Bylaws Committee Chair and member of the Fellows Committee. She served on the AEIRS Board of Directors for three years as Director-at-Large and was elevated to Fellow in 2019.
