Kearney campus Student Ambassadors helped with a Jubilee Center Community Dinner the evening of March 5th. The students provided desserts and drinks for the meal and helped with meal set-up, serving, and clean-up.
The Kearney Jubilee Center is a non-profit, community-based organization aimed at providing the most basic of human needs while advocating for social justice. It offers supportive services in the areas of food, clothing, rent and utility assistance and medication assistance.
In addition to serving approximately 60 meals, the students engaged in fellowship with those who attended the meal.
