“The Do’s and Don’ts of the Interview Chalk Talk”

When interviewing for Academic jobs you may be asked to give a job talk about your prior research, a “chalk talk” about your future research, or a demonstration of your teaching. Come learn about how to give an effective chalk talk. All Postdocs, Graduate Students, and Research Instructors are invited on Jan. 8th starting at 1 pm in DRC1 1005. The February Postdoctoral Association meeting will be held before this seminar at 12:30pm in the same room.
