Changes to Online Journal and Ebook search

Starting late afternoon, December 31, the online journal and ebook search interfaces will be retired. Taking their place is the new library catalog, which will allow you to search for print and online materials all at once. A separate journal search will be available on the top menu bar on the library’s website.

Catalog beta release set for November 9

On Oct. 29, UNMC IT asked the library to shut down the server that hosts the library’s catalog of books and electronic resources. Beginning Nov. 9, the library will provide beta access to a new catalog that will officially debut on Dec. 21.  This access will provide discovery of print and electronic collections, as well as anatomical models. Users will be able to request items for checkout after contacting for an account. With the catalog […]
