The EBSCO to RefWorks direct export is currently not functioning properly. EBSCO believes they will have this function fixed by Friday or Saturday (November 13th or 14th). In the mean time, use workarounds 2 and 3 as described in the RefWorks LibGuide to either save your results until the direct export is working again (work-around 2) or, if you can’t wait for the return of the direct export function, import your results using RefWorks internal filters (workaround 3), though that functionality is sometimes buggy.
