The McGoogan Library has compiled a list of resources as a guide meant for those who want to learn more about anti-racism and the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
The guide consists of freely available articles and educational toolkits and a listing of books on historical discussions of racism, difficult conversations, memoirs, health disparities and health professionals, and more. For the books included on the guide, the library intends to purchase electronic versions to as many of these books as possible. Once they become available, we will update the list with a link to the book. Please note that some books may only be accessible to one reader at a time.
This list is a work in progress. Please feel free to send any suggestions to emily.mcelroy@unmc.edu, Dean of the McGoogan Library.
