I can’t tell you how many times in a week I run across something that triggers an idea I want to share out in the world of health care. So recently I decided that rather than writing a book, which I am not sure will ever happen, I will post “just in time” blogs to share with my friends and colleague around the world.  So please expect to see my random thoughts on the significance of ideas that cross my desk and, more importantly, the opportunities these ideas offer nurses, nurse practitioners, and any other health care advocate who are interested in making a difference, and changing the world “one idea at a time”.  I hope you find this blog valuable and share widely.  Thanks,  Kate
