Christopher Jensen, MD, joined the Department of Family Medicine as an Assistant Professor in August. Dr. Jensen graduated from UNMC in 2013 and completed the Family Medicine Residency program in 2016.
He will provide clinical care at Nebraska Medicine Durham Outpatient Center. Dr. Jensen’s professional interests include diabetes, hypertension, infectious disease and sports medicine.
When asked about his philosophy of care, Dr. Jensen says “that if we are willing to take the time to make sure our patients understand what we recommend we can achieve higher levels of care because they’re more willing to do as we ask.”
