2. Proficient with various software programs. 
3. Ability to work independently, make decisions with minimal supervision, anticipate and solve problems. 
4. Ability to offer program coordination expertise. 
5. Ability to work cooperatively with individuals at all levels. 
6. Knowledge of grant process. 
7. Ability to work collegial and collaborative with diverse internal and external audiences; 
8. Ability to manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks accurately; 
9. Excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Education:Master’s degree

Preferred Experience:Experience in higher education, workforce training, or provision of technical assistance. Knowledge of active learning curriculum development; Experience using rapid cycle quality improvement assessment strategies; Experience building academic and community partnerships; Familiarity with the communities across Nebraska; and Work experience with health care systems in rural and underserved areas.
