The Douglas County Health Department is seeking an Environmental Health Specialist to work under the direction of an assigned Supervisor, or designee, conducting routine inspections, investigating complaints and enforcing city ordinances, and state laws (e.g. the applicable food codes, or environmental health and safety laws).
