Student Research Assistant

Student Research Assistant Position

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Research Assistant(s) will assist with data collection on children in the
youth settings in rural communities in Nebraska and assist in subsequent
video data coding. The position may perform literature searches,
maintain a library of articles for staff, filing, photocopying, running
errands and other lab tasks as assigned.

Special Skills Required:
– Willing to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as required for
data collection
– Computer experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Word and
Excel)

Number of hours per week for this position: 10-20
Part-time hours are not more than 20 hours per week while student is
enrolled in classes. Student will coordinate class and study schedule
with the department, if hired.

If student works during summer and winter break: Maximum is 40 hours
per week.
