This role would be responsible for performing analyses of linked Medicaid/birth and client services data to support the planning and evaluation of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) programs, KDHE service delivery, and other agency/ bureau needs. Arthritis Program Manager

This role would be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating the activities related to and manages the resources necessary to operate and maintain the Kansas Arthritis Program. Develops and monitors program goals and objectives. Assures that program elements are completed and compiled appropriately in accordance with grant policies and approved project timeline by interpreting grant expectations assuring compliance with state guidelines and regulations. Prepares or directs the preparation and maintenance of records and reports and manages budget expenditures. Develops and executes contracts and inter/intra-agency agreements as necessary. Collaborate with the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and special supplemental surveys.

Public Health Educator

This role would be responsible for coordinating state level prevention initiatives for the Sexual Violence Prevention and Education (SVPE) Program in conjunction with numerous state and local partners. Facilitates program evaluation & the development of reports.

Public Service Executive for Birth Defects Program

This role would be responsible for planning, organizing and directing activities and manage resources necessary to operate and maintain the Birth Defects (BD) program. Participate in state, regional, and national forums to identify emerging issues, changes to national recommendations, and provision of recommendations for state-level programmatic change. Assist SHS Director in the preparation and management of the BD budget.
