Nebraska Children’s Home Society is seeking a Community Impact & Strategic Initiatives Coordinator, to be responsible for coordinating community impact and strategic initiatives throughout the organization. Monitors public policy and it’s impact on the organization, coordinates advocacy efforts as needed. Ensures public policy and growth initiatives align with strategic plan. Coordinates replication initiatives to include assessing community need, planning community entry, and overseeing program replication. . Plans, develops and produces materials for program replication and works with program directors and direct care staff to ensure programs are replicated to fidelity.
