On Wednesday, October 25, 2017, Facilities Management and Planning department will be working on Heat Exchanger-1 and Heat Exchanger-2 in the SSP Building. We are installing new Siemens controls for these systems and will need to drain the building’s chilled water and heating water. This will affect the building’s heating and cooling during the shutdown and will have minimal impact on building temperatures. This shutdown will begin at 6:30 A.M. and will last approximately 6 hours. We have tried to schedule this shutdown with the outdoor air temperatures in mind.
The work will take place in the basement mechanical rooms #0001 and #0006.
Start: Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at 6:30 A.M.
End: Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at 12:30 P.M. (Approximately)
If you have any questions, please contact Scott Erlenbusch at 402-431-3050 or by email at email@example.com. Since it is vital that everyone working in and around the SSP building know of the shutdown, please mention it to your colleagues.
